Team Roster

Minimum roster: 5 playersMaximum roster: 10 playersEach player may compete in a maximum of 2 matches within each team tie.A male player may play both Men’s Doubles matches.Players may compete in different events within the same tie as long as they do not exceed the two-match maximum.

Tournament Format

Teams will begin with a Round Robin stage.
Following the Round Robin stage, teams will advance into four separate elimination flights based on their Round Robin performance:
A FlightB FlightC FlightD Flight
This format is designed to give teams meaningful competition throughout the tournament, regardless of their initial Round Robin results.

Team Tie Format

Each team tie consists of four matches in the following official order:
Men’s Doubles 1Women’s DoublesMen’s Doubles 2Mixed Doubles
This is the official default playing order.
The two teams may mutually agree to change the playing order for their tie. However, both teams must agree to the change.
If either team prefers to follow the official order, the official order must be used.

Lineups

Each team must submit its lineup before the start of every team tie.Once submitted, the lineup is locked and cannot be changed for that tie.Teams may submit a different lineup for each subsequent tie.

Elimination Flight Eligibility

To participate in any elimination-flight match, including the Finals, a player must have participated in at least one match during the Round Robin stage. The player does not need to have played the same event during Round Robin. For example, a player who competed in Men’s Doubles during Round Robin may later compete in Mixed Doubles during the elimination stage, provided all other participation rules are followed.

Match Format

Teams will begin with a Round Robin stage.
Following the Round Robin stage, teams are expected to advance into four separate elimination flights based on their Round Robin performance:
A FlightB FlightC FlightD Flight
The final tournament structure may be adjusted depending on the total number of registered teams.
If registration numbers are not sufficient to reasonably support four flights, CCS may reduce the elimination stage to three flights, two flights, or another suitable format. Any format adjustment will be communicated to participating teams.
Our goal is to provide teams with meaningful and competitive matches while maintaining a tournament format that is appropriate for the final draw size.
Tournament Schedule and Possible Second Day
The tournament is scheduled to run from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Saturday, November 14, 2026.
CCS intends to complete the tournament within this scheduled day. However, if the final registration size makes it impractical to complete all matches within the available court time, the tournament may continue on the following day.
In particular, if registration exceeds 16 teams, some Semifinal and Final matches may be scheduled for Sunday, November 15, 2026.
Teams registering for the tournament should therefore be prepared for the unlikely yet potential possibility that Semifinal and Final rounds may be completed on Sunday if required by the final draw size and tournament schedule.

Determining Team Results and Tie-Breaks

Each team tie consists of four matches.
The team winning more matches wins the tie.
If a team tie ends 2–2, or whenever teams are tied and a ranking, advancement position, elimination result, or championship result must be determined, the following tiebreak procedure will apply:
Game DifferentialTotal games won minus total games lost.Point DifferentialIf the Game Differential is tied, total points won minus total points lost will determine the result.
The team with the higher differential will be ranked higher or declared the winner. This tiebreak procedure applies throughout the entire tournament, including:
