π Date: Saturday, May 16, 2025π Time: 8:00 AM β 8:00 PMπ Venue: Vision Badminton (CCS Partner Club) Early Bird Discount: $420/Team Regular: $480/Team Shuttles not provided please bring your own. The early bird deadline is May 1st.The registration deadline is May 12th. Eligibility: Ages 14+Safety goggles recommended for juniors. Juniors must be accompanied by a guardian.
Tournament Format:Max capacity: 16 teamsRound Robin: 4 groups of 4 teamsEach team will play 3 round robin matches within their groupDraws will be announced ahead of time for public review and feedback
All teams will advance to 4 playoff flights (A, B, C, D), with 4 teams per flight If draw size does not allow 4 flights, we will make it 3 flights or 2 flights, all adjustment will be communicated through emails with team captains. Team Ranking Is Determined By:Matches wonGames wonNet Points (Tiebreaker)* *Net Points = Points Scored β Points ConcededExample: If your team scores 200 and concedes 180, your net points = +20.Used as a tiebreaker after matches won and games won. If itβs still tied, team will play 1 game of standard 21 points (cap at 30 change ends at 11) of their agreeed upon event

CCS Tournaments Foundation ("CCS Tournaments") hereby reserves the right to provide explanations and clarifications on all matters pertaining to its tournaments and events. It is understood that most schedules and plans are formulated based on the full registration of participants.
CCS Tournaments Foundation retains the discretion to modify schedules, plans, or any other aspect of its tournaments and events as it deems necessary. In the event of any changes, CCSTournaments commits to promptly communicate such alterations to all registered participants through appropriate channels.
Participants are advised to regularly check for updates and notifications regarding the tournaments and events they are registered for. CCS Tournaments Foundation shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that participants are duly informed of any modifications or adjustments to schedules or plans.
By participating in CCSTournaments' events, all participants acknowledge and accept the possibility of changes and modifications to schedules and plans, and agree to abide by any such adjustments communicated by CCS Tournaments Foundation.

Participantion Waiver
I hereby waive and forever discharge CCS Tournaments Foundation, its employees, agents, officers and elected officials, from all claims, damages, costs and expenses in respect to injury or damage to my person or property, however caused, which I may sustain as a result of my participation in the tournament. I further agree that I, the undersigned, have no knowledge of any physical illness or disability that through my participation, could prove dangerous or hazardous to my health. CCS Tournaments Foundation reserves the right to use photographs of its programs for promotional purposes. I acknowledge and agree that CCS Tournaments Foundation may use photographs of the tournament and the participants therein for promotional purposes.
Captain must list at the very least 4 names here to register. All registration is final after 1st of May and no refund can be made after May 1st.
Player change can be required by email: info@ccstournaments.com
Important Rules:Players can play max 2 events per tie. But the same pair cannot play twice in the same tie (e.g. Jay & Joe cannot be both MD1 and MD2).
Anyone who wants to play in the playoffs/finals must have played at least once earlier in round robin.
Rankings are decided by net matches won, net games won, and net points.
Group draw will be announced ahead of time so everyone can provide feedback to help maximize the experience for all teams. Each tie will play in this order: MS, WS, MD, WD, XD. No adjustment is to be made. All matches must be played in round robin stage.
β οΈ We recommend at least 4 boys and 4 girls per team for better flexibility and player rest. Registration remains open as long as you can submit them. Please submit your registration form. Confirmation email with payment instruction will be sent within 24 hours to all registrations in good standings. 10% refund process fee will be deducted. No refund will be issued for request after 1st of May.
