Tournament FormatRound Robin + Flighted PlayoffA 4-flight tournament for all levels, with at least 4 games guaranteed (depending on draw size).
Estimated Capacity:Men’s Doubles (MD): ~40 pairsWomen’s Doubles (WD): ~24 pairs +Mixed Doubles (XD): ~40 pairs +Men’s Singles (MS): ~40 entries +Women’s Singles (WS): ~12 entries
Draws will be announced in advance for public review and feedback.All players will advance to the playoff stage, divided into Flights A, B, C, and D for single-elimination.
Group & SeedingPlayers will be placed into groups of 4, with each player/pair playing all 3 opponents in round robin — no walkovers for top seeds! For example, in a 32-pair MD draw:Seeds 1–8 will each be placed in separate groups.Seeds 9–16 will also be distributed evenly, and so on The real challenge isn’t distinguishing between Seed 1 and Seed 9 — it’s fairly seeding those around 7th–10th, who often compete for A Flight positions -- or in single elims + cons they will compete for quarterfinals. That’s why the draw will be published ahead of time for transparency and feedback. Based on the final group rankings:
1st place → Flight A2nd place → Flight B3rd place → Flight C4th place → Flight D
The playoff stage will be single elimination. Ranking CriteriaRankings from the round robin stage determine playoff placement:Matches WonGames WonNet Points (Tiebreaker)*
* Net Points = Points Scored – Points ConcededExample: If you score 150 points and concede 130, your net points = +20.If players are still tied after this, they’ll play five golden points to determine ranking.
Prizes💰 Estimated Cash Prize Pool: $6,000 CAD+A Flight champions receive cash prizes. A flight MD Champion target cash prize $1000 for the pair. B, C, and D Flights receive smaller prizes, following the organizer’s philosophy of promoting both competitiveness and community balance.

CCS Tournaments Foundation ("CCS") hereby reserves the right to provide explanations and clarifications on all matters pertaining to its tournaments and events. It is understood that most schedules and plans are formulated based on the full registration of participants.
CCS Tournaments Foundation retains the discretion to modify schedules, plans, or any other aspect of its tournaments and events as it deems necessary. In the event of any changes, CCS commits to promptly communicate such alterations to all registered participants through appropriate channels.
Participants are advised to regularly check for updates and notifications regarding the tournaments and events they are registered for. CCS Tournaments Foundation shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that participants are duly informed of any modifications or adjustments to schedules or plans.
By participating in CCS' events, all participants acknowledge and accept the possibility of changes and modifications to schedules and plans, and agree to abide by any such adjustments communicated by CCS Tournaments Foundation.

Participantion Waiver I hereby waive and forever discharge CCS Tournaments Foundation, its employees, agents, officers and elected officials, from all claims, damages, costs and expenses in respect to injury or damage to my person or property, however caused, which I may sustain as a result of my participation in the tournament. I further agree that I, the undersigned, have no knowledge of any physical illness or disability that through my participation, could prove dangerous or hazardous to my health. CCS Tournaments Foundation reserves the right to use photographs of its programs for promotional purposes. I acknowledge and agree that CCS Tournaments Foundation may use photographs of the tournament and the participants therein for promotional purposes.

If there is any issue with making the payment please email: info@ccstournaments.com or simply follow us on instagram to get instant reply on your inquiries. Only submissions with a matching payment record will be receiving email confirmation. Make sure you use the same email for submission and payment. Make sure to enter the player the payment is paid for. If you want to make multiple payments please mention who are you payment for. Thank you very much! All events remain open for registration as long as you can select them. Once an event is full, we will set up a waitlist. If an event is still selectable, it means there are still spots available. Each player may register for up to three events. If you are playing in multiple events, please select your second and third event during registration. When making a payment, you can adjust the quantity of tickets purchased. For example, if you are playing XD (Mixed Doubles), WD (Women's Doubles), and WS (Women's Singles), you can pay for all three events at once by increasing the unit from 1 to 3 on the payment page. Please submit your registration form and then complete your payment - confirmation will be sent within 24 hours to all matched registration.
