CCS Tournaments Foundation ("CCS Tournaments") hereby reserves the right to provide explanations and clarifications on all matters pertaining to its tournaments and events. It is understood that most schedules and plans are formulated based on the full registration of participants.
CCS Tournaments Foundation retains the discretion to modify schedules, plans, or any other aspect of its tournaments and events as it deems necessary. In the event of any changes, CCS Tournaments commits to promptly communicate such alterations to all registered participants through appropriate channels.
Participants are advised to regularly check for updates and notifications regarding the tournaments and events they are registered for. CCS Tournaments Foundation shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that participants are duly informed of any modifications or adjustments to schedules or plans.
By participating in CCS Tournaments' events, all participants acknowledge and accept the possibility of changes and modifications to schedules and plans, and agree to abide by any such adjustments communicated by CCS Tournaments Foundation.

Participantion Waiver
I hereby waive and forever discharge CCS Tournaments Foundation, its employees, agents, officers and elected officials, from all claims, damages, costs and expenses in respect to injury or damage to my person or property, however caused, which I may sustain as a result of my participation in the tournament. I further agree that I, the undersigned, have no knowledge of any physical illness or disability that through my participation, could prove dangerous or hazardous to my health. CCS Tournaments Foundation reserves the right to use photographs of its programs for promotional purposes. I acknowledge and agree that CCS Tournaments Foundation may use photographs of the tournament and the participants therein for promotional purposes.

All events remain open for registration as long as you can select them. Once an event is full, we will set up a waitlist. If an event is still selectable, it means there are still spots available.
Each player may register for up to 2 events. If you are playing in multiple events, please select your second and third event during registration. When making a payment, you can adjust the quantity of tickets purchased. For example, if you are playing XD (Mixed Doubles) and WD (Women's Doubles), you can pay for both events at once by increasing the unit from 1 to 2 on the payment page.
Please submit your registration form and then complete your payment - confirmation will be sent within 24 hours to all matched registration.
We are limiting this event to low intermediate to low advanced players - you will receive an email after sign-up and payment links will be provided.

Event Entry Limit
Mixed Doubles (XD): 20 pairsMen’s Doubles (MD): 24 pairsWomen’s Doubles (WD): 10 pairs
Registration Deadlines
Early Bird Deadline: July 31st ($45 per person per entry)Final Registration Deadline: August 14th ($50 per person per entry)Registration fees are non-refundable after August 8th in all cases. A 10% admin and transaction fee is non-refundable after July 22nd.
Tournament Format
Guaranteed 5 matches per team (walk-over counts as one match)4 flights per event (A, B, C, D) — flighted playoffs after round robin
Rally point system to 21 (cap at 30)Best 2 of 3 games
24 pairs: round robin + all advance to next round A/B/C/D and then play QF/SF/and finals - best 2 pairs of each flight will have a bye.
For Women’s Doubles (WD) will play round robin in 2 groups, followed by a playoff.
Tie-Break RulesStrength of Victory – If two or more players are tied, we compare the average ranking of the opponents they have beaten. Wins over higher-ranked opponents are valued more.Strength of Loss – If still tied, we compare the rankings of the opponents they lost to. Losing to stronger opponents ranks higher than losing to weaker opponents.
